The Story of Melvin Banks first known as Sly Blue and currently going by Snoopy BadAzz

Although Banks was born in Los Angeles, he spent his formative years in the Inland Empire living with his mother and stepfather, Dice. While living in Perris, California, during his teenage years, he joined a group known at the time as Pimp Mob. Eventually, Pimp Mob transitioned into the Perris Neighborhood Crips in the early 2000s; during this shift, some members left the group while others stayed. Banks was one of the guys who remained, and he became known as Sly Blue.

Around 2007 his affiliation with the Perris Neighborhood Crip as the dislike from other members increased.

In the video below, Spider Loc drops the transcripts on a 402 hearing that occurred prior to the trial of Damien Doster, where the prosecutor discusses Banks, 21, who was already in custody in the Riverside County Jail, being a witness for the prosecution.
